Privacy summary

QLine helps restaurants manage waitlists and lets guests track their place in line.

Data we collect (guest)

Name, mobile number, and party size when you join a queue. This is used only to manage your wait and send status updates you consent to.

Data we collect (staff)

Account email, venue profile, and team member contact details you enter in Restaurant OS.

Ads while waiting (IAB-aligned)

Guests may see venue promotions and partner creatives labeled AD, VENUE OFFER, or FROM QLINE. Venues can block categories such as alcohol or tobacco (mapped to IAB Content Taxonomy). Impressions count only after MRC viewability (50% visible ≥1s display, ≥2s video). v1 uses contextual ads only — no cross-site tracking. Account deletion

Restaurant accounts can be deleted from Settings. Guest queue sessions end when you leave the queue or check in.
